It's not Safer in DevianArt

I've got a virus. An icon just popped up on my toolbar, and WHAM! I can't go on the internet (I'm using another computer right now), I can't get rid of the icon, or find it's source for that matter. And it happened in only a few hours after joining DevianArt. I must have been hacked from there, there's no other explanation for it. The icon says it's a 'Security Suite' and helps me to get rid of viruses etc. It's a load of bull****. I can't get rid of it, and it's spamming me every 10 seconds with 'Your computer is infected. Bla bla bla bla bla'. No **** Sherlock. Help!

Ooh, I think I got something like that, which caused my computer's graphics to crash when I disappeared.

Contact a computer expert, I guess. My dad's frined is really good with 'em, and he got into my computer without hacking and fixed the problem.

What security program are you running? AVG? I'd recommend Microsoft Security Essentials.

Seriously? Because I've been using DA for a long time, even back when my computers were super protected, and I never got a problem :S

@Vek: Same! AVG pwns. My dads friend has a program on his memory stick that he uses to remove viruses. It's WAY cool, and it pretty much blows the sh** out of them, then comes up with a happy face saying 'threat removed'

My dad just installed McAfee. Seems to be working perfectly.
