Yeah sure its cute now, but wait till that moves on from stealing items, creates a pyramid scheme, and starts stealing billions of people's dollars. He'll be that cat version of Bernie Madoff.

I'm going to say it now: These people should know that the second that cat goes for somebodies car keys or wallet, it's going to get shot.
I'm kind of surprised the owners LET the cat do this, sure. They might be doing it for the publicity. But it's still annoying, and stressful for the neighbors, most likely.
However, I want to know HOW this cat actually steals all this stuff. Does he break into the houses? Or does he just grab anything off of the street? If so. I don't want to know what a pair of underwear was doing on the street.
