Well, it's a simple as that. For example, Spore.com says my username does not match anything in their system. I have not tried anything in-game, but both Spore.com and the Sporum are oblivious to my existence.

Sporemasters: Am I banned? Are the servers down?

Others: Is this something that you are getting too?
