True, Thomas.... most get confuzzled when converting anything. I went to school in the early to mid 90's, and I spent entire maths lessons learning how to convert stuff

Conversions between imperial measurements and metric measurements are mostly surprisingly simple.
Like Miles to kilometres. Simple multiply the number of miles by 1.6

You can work out weight in pounds by multiplying the number of kilos by 2.2
Or dividing pounds by 2.2 to get kilos.

My ex-chemistry teacher once taught us that unit measurements aren´t said in plural.
So it will always be metre, litre, kilo, etc, no matter how many actually are.

Can anyone relate to this?
That´s what we were taught but never really understood why.
Been having a look at some websites and all accepted plural.
Will also have a word with my mom about this, if I remember, next time I meet her. She´s also a chemistry/physics teacher.
