Thank you for your restraint Andy, as you are probably aware, I had dental surgery yesterday, so.... no solids for a few days.

At least you can have ice cream and there are some nice soups out there. You may start having soft bread soaked in the soup in a few days, so it won't be that bad.

Hope all went well Vek. All I can say on the soupy front, is covent garden soups. They have so many different types, all fresh and all delicious. There's somthing for everyone. You can always have fruit smoothies or yoghurt too.

Uhmm I just ate two pieces of "lagkage" = (nicetranslator = "pie"?) well its a Danish tradition (A very big cake) which is eaten at birthdays - It was my mothers yesterday.
I'ts basicly 3 layers of very soft cake/bread with cake cream, Bananas (or some other kind of filling), more cake cream, more banas, which is mashed and applied to the cake, then some more cake cream and whip cream on the sides of the cake (this one was with mashed raspberries mixed into the whip cream, and the whip cream was all over the cake).
I just looove our traditions xD

BTW - sry vek;), know this isnt fair
...but you might actually be able to eat this - it's very soft, tho its filled (A lot) with all sorts of fat and sweet stuff

I'm drinking the most awesome juice ever. Orange, melon and natural yoghurt, all mixed together. It's excellent. :d

Well I guess its acceptable as yoghurt is technically a food, even if you have it in liquid form.

I ate a dark chocolate tim tam

I have just eaten a coronation chicken sandwich and a cheesestring for my lunch.

Later I will be making a bowl of yummy carbonara for my din dins.

A toasted ham sammich with mozzarella cheese and creamy Italian dressing.
Yum.

Have been tempted to say this in several threads of this nature for a while now;
