Between the ages of 9 and 14 I used to get awful headaches quite regularly - and then they suddenly stopped. Still don't know why to this day. I had to leave school early on numerous occasions.
It was the amount of scientific information going into your brain and implanting themselves in there so quickly it hurt...

No.
But it was quite bad - at one point I was missing one day in every 14.

I get headaches quite often, but not as bad as this. I think this one is strictly stress related.

It's been an awful time for me, especially this week. I'm at breaking point.

Staring at screens exacerbates headaches.

I don't think she spends that much time on here. At least I think so, because she might be lurking. Sometimes I spend a lot of time in front of a computer, and I get very minor headaches. No where near as bad as Rebeccas. It must be from stress
Anyway, I'm currently eating air. And throwing it back up.

Just as well. I keep meaning to take, like, a month away.
And I spend an awful lot of time on the computer. If I'm not checking stuff on EuroSpore, I'm either drawing or writing >__> I really need to get myself sorted.

Exacerbates means 'to make something worse'. Simply, if you have a headache and are staring at a screen, it will do no good.
From my migraine experience, the best thing to do is to take some painkillers and get yourself to bed.

Thats what I always tell my self for personal problems. It's hard to break the habit :/ But recently things have been getting better and I've lost a few bad habits.
@Thomas: You know big words confuse me

That's a minor one. I mean more serious ones such as keeping a nice diet, getting fitter etc.

When I was 15 I got fed up of being skinny and rather weak, in reality. I started working out and by 17 I had put on 15 kilos of muscle and was capable of throwing people into lakes with ease.
Once you get into keeping fit, working out and eating well, it actually becomes difficult to break it, just as a habit of eating junk food become difficult to break.

That's exactly what I want
Junk food? Already lost that habit. So now I need an exercise routine. Racked up around 15k on the bike machine today. And doing reps several times throughout the day

@ Trick:
Good luck.
From personal experience, if you stick to it and keep it up, the changes will start happening before you know it.

Have fun at the show
And about the junk food...it's scary. At first you eat and eat, but then as you get older the fat starts growing It's sad seeing some girls I know get fatter :/
So cut down on it
Cheers Tom I already feel fresher.

Re: What are you eating?
Once it becomes normal to you to keep to the routine - which if you are serious it soon will - you almost feel freed. It is an amazing feeling. As you feel yourself getting stronger by the week, and see yourself getting bigger (in the good way) every month, it feels amazing.
