I Can't share

Hello all,

I can't share creatures or others creations and i don't know why. I have no mods, i didn't use Freedom, the complexity isn't full, i changed twice the texture, i changed the name, the tags, the description, i changed some parts of my creation, i logged in, logged out, i re-install spore three times, and i still can't share creations.
I'm not banned too, because i can rate others creations, comment and log in on spore.com.
I contacted Ea Help, but they told me that they don't know how to resolve my problems.

I'm desesperate, have you any advice ? Sad

C&C? Try not using C&C. I can't share creations with Creepy and cute. You might have the same problem.

Try deleting both packages in your Spore preferences folder:

PC: Username\AppData\Roaming\Spore\Preferences

Mac: Username > Library > Preferences > SPORE Preferences > p_drive > User > Application Data > SPORE > Preferences

This can solve both login and settings issues.

Sometimes it has to do with what parts you use.

For example, I can't upload anything with those Tree-Branch Parts you can find in the Creature Editor.

I am going to delete these packages, and then i will tell you.
Domin : oh ok, but C&C has always worked on my computer..until today. So i will see what i can do.
Lumorei : hum maybe but i used the same parts i usually use, so i don't understand...:/
