What is up with all the pokemon and suckish creations on the MPN, have people no style/sanity?

I'm not the greatest creator myself as I have barely played spore, but seriously... Mental

In case you haven't really been keeping track of the latest MPN Drama that's going on:

Once upon a time, there was a user named ExcaIbur. That user, through some means was accused of mass-uprating along with Life0nMars using alternative accounts. Later, other people discovered that trick and used it to mass-uprate their own or other's creations.

And you have the MPN today.

The MPN is pretty false anyway. Its always better to join a forum if you want to find good creators. I've noticed, as alot of the better creators have left the quality of the MPN is getting worse, so in all its best to just ignore it completley.

Basically what Red-Indigo said... the MPN no longer means anything. It's a big, sick joke.

It's no longer who makes good creations, but who has an extra hour to burn mass-uprating.

Indeed. It seems there are still little kids out there who strive for attention and maybe the vain hope that by mass uprating their creations to number 1 they will somehow get a lot of subscribers, even though they are missing 1/2 the formula. Making good creations + getting noticed on the mpn = getting subscribers.

but these days even if someone is good and does get on the mpn, because the mpn is flooded with so much garbage, no one pays attention to it anyway.

Drew980 recently got on the MPN a couple of times. Mostly because I've noticed that his creation quality is vastly improving.

I believe he did complain about others mass-uprating his creations a while ago, although he seems to have ignored it.

I got MPN #21 when I was actually making good creations. Even though that's not much of an achievement. Don't judge. Shocked
Edit: Looking through my creations I also got #16. Again not much of an achievement...
