The graphics look great. The gameplay looks cool too (similar to the previous games).

I've been following news on Skyrim since the first teaser trailer sprung up. All I can say is November cannot come soon enough. I want it now. Oblivion is easily in my top 3 favourite games of all time and skyrim is from how it looks, is shaping up to be even better.
Re: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
I am really reallly excited for this game And the best part? My birthday is 7 days after the release. I'd be okay with just getting this game for my birthday
Re: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

You know what I love? That they're actually trying to get mods onto the consoles. Mods are usually what makes pc better along with the graphics. I wonder how they will work it out to get mods on the consoles though. And I wonder if they will port skyrim to Wii U. lol

Skyrim for Wii
The funniest part of Oblivion was the mods, I didn't care much for the gameplay...

'Fine, drag us all to hell and set us on fire.' haha, it must be what the design teams feel like somtimes. It must even be what some companies feel like when they see thousands of comments about 'I wanted Machine gun ultra wing wing police siren dargon!! Put that in the game plz!!!!'
As for the game itself. Im pretty excited, I love games like this and the trailers make it seem like it'll be worth it. I think I'll probably get it on computer, if my lappy will hold out against it.
A wii port would be pretty cool though

Re: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
So, perusing the Elder Scrolls Wiki the other day, i found out a number of interesting things that have apparently been confirmed to be in the game that haven't been mentioned here, so here goes:
-Better NPC behavior. Apparently, the NPCs in Skyrim will actually appear to be going about their day-to-day activities, as opposed to Oblivion where they would mostly stand around. Also, there will apparently be more complex social interaction with the NPCs, including everything from more diverse quests based on your specialty, to marriage and apparently children (though not necessarily as a consequence of the latter - underpants are mandatory now )
And probably some other stuff, too. For now, here's my source:

Cheers

I'll be astounded if Skyrim doesn't win Game of the Year
Bethsada soft works are probably the best RPG game creators out there

Well they've won game of the year multiple times so I wouldn't be at all suprised if they got for another. I'll be annoyed to the highest degree is MW3 gets game of the year
And true. Bethseda are one of the few game devlopers that to my knowledge haven't made a game that I haven't liked or loved.
However I'm rather disappointed in their legal departments latest decision to sue Mojang for use of the word "Scrolls" in the title of their upcoming game. Shameless act. I hope the game developers themselves don't actually support this lawsuit.
Re: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
I think every elder scrolls game to date has one game of the year
I don't think the developers are involved in any legal stuff tbh

Re: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Seeing all the screenshots for the different races has just made me want this game more. I love the fact that they've put so much variation in facial features between the races. The Khajits and Argonians look awesome. The Dumner kind of look like vampires.
