Green, you get offered, not ask for it.
Purple, you're are represented.
Yellow, honorary non-Europeans.
Cyan, European. This means YOU must be European, or of European origin. I don't think family members count as much.
In the end, it's just colours.

A lot of people would be green by now according to you, Luh 
People who help sustain/make changes to the forum are green. For example Marky, who has made some of the websites buttons and logos in the past, is green. Andeavour is also in the same group, though his colour is purple for administrator. The administrator group takes priority over the "Helper" group, so he is purple. Also, colours don't really matter that much. It's just a...colour (derp

EuroHelper status is consisted of either being on the graphics team or being a chatbox moderator. Both of which you have to prove yourself to get.

Heck, all my ancestors are European, but that's not how the member system works.
