GA Problems Empty GA Problems

I reinstalled Galactic Adventures today and when it goes to the main screen to create, the options are all there including the one that says Galactic Adventures. However when I click it the buttons to quick play, create, and edit an adventure are grey and are not clickable. In the sporepedia I can click on an adventure and the option to edit is also grey and not clickable.
I even have the latest patches.

Have any idea on how to fix this?

You haven't played the introductory adventure yet, you'll have to before it becomes available.

Also I find that sometimes when buttons become unresponsive, turnig off the game and bthen back on helps. Although that's usually when more options are unavailable (like the red cross button to exit the pause menu)
