I'm overweight, been for some years now.
But I'm actually quite agile I had great grades at sports and used to practice swimming. I like to play all sports too, specially soccer and rugby 
Now I'm just pedalling at least 30 minutes, 4 days a week to pay off for those damned sodas. Been eating a lot better too.

It is rather interesting how I was never an athletic or sporty person, and yet I am stronger and in better shape than most who were back at school. Irony? Perhaps.
