Alien III is bad but I always found Alien 4 to be surprisingly excellent. Sure, the ending is a bit cheesy but it's overal well done.

I haven't actually seen any of the Alien movies, although I did see an Alien vs Predator one.

Just came back from Resident Evil:Afterlife. I liked it, but it was kind of repetitive.

If you haven't seen it, Hurt Locker is a fantastic movie. Amazing that it had such a small budget and yet walked away with the most oscars, even more than Avatar. The irony is that the person who Directed the Hurt Locker, is the ex-wife of James Cameron (Director of Avatar)

Also, I'll probably going to watch the new resident evil movie at some point this week. From the trailer there seems to be an awesome, massive guy that almost reminds me of pyramid head from silent hill.

I'm of the opinion, that for the next Avatar movie they should have the Aliens come along.... now that would be interesting.... Twisted Evil

I'm not going near RE: Afterlife. The third one was already the worst in the series and I'm sick of looking at Milla Jovovich.

It's already been announced they're working on the script for the next Avatar movie and the girl who plays Neytiri says she'll reprise the role

I don't know, I really liked the first and I'm curious to know what they'd come up with.

Probably the thing that bothered me the most was the masses of fanatics. There was even mentioned in the radio about forums discussing suicide, since they were sad our world wasn't like Avatar.

When a movie is that successful, they ALWAYS make a sequel. Even if the first one was as cliché and overrated as Avatar. Brick Wall

I agree Avatar was overrated.

I think it was a very cool movie, cool story, atmosphere, etc. But there was too much fuss about it :/

And you can't even browse the internet without warnings popping up "Making your own avatar!" and then someone's face in blue ><

Of course it's overrated but it is still, in my opinion one of the greatest sci-fi films i'd seen in a while... but i somehow doubt that the next avatar film will actually be any good.
I think the amount of fuss over the first film will equate to a huge let down from the second

Avatar was good. Storyline was basic, but I think it had to be. It raised some interesting ideas.

Well, I liked it. I liked the story, action, plot and it kinda passed a decent message.

There are better movies, imo, but this one was pretty cool.

No need for 3D though. I'd rather watch it old school.
