That isn't an equation or a formula, no variables are specified with a number. Even if there were, the parenthesis are ignorable, so you're left with 3b+7- 3ux2q which itself isn't very difficult. That is, if you specify what needs to be done.
Cheating makes you a jerk, but I guess everyone has their justifications.

Hax, I think that was just an example of what content is in the equations. To think of a real complicated one right on the spot would take some time.
Cheating in general is bad, but I think everyone here has a history of it, even if it's minor.

(64x^4 - 3i)(x^-2 + 4i)
I have only cheated a few times, on courses that meant little to my GPA, or the end result of the class I was taking.

Re: First day of school
There's a difference between taking cheat papers to almost every exam and cheat the grades all the way through - and to forget a word and ask a friend what it is.
I've done the second. Both asking and telling.
What really bothers me is the indiference of teachers towards this, and the lack of self-respect to understand what's right and wrong.

I can however proudly say I've never written notes on my arm or used my cell phone for cheating

What were you expecting Trickatel? Your fellows to be decent at school?
I was part of a of a theatre arts course for 10 years (including my time in the youth theatre company) there were some brilliant actors there, a couple are in the west end and one's been rumoured to be staring in a big film some time soon.

There's some very decent chaps, luckily I have one good actor in my group. When I mean bad, I play a waiter in our piece. I come with a bottle and glass, and serve a posh guy. Now, before I uncork the bottle, he lifts the glass up and drinks out of it?! Meanwhile I have to improvise and make him look a fool in front of the audience (the rest of our class) Facepalm indeed.

Re: First day of school
At school i was rather lucky with my drama groups, there was this one guy we nick-named "Wendy" who was hilarious, and another guy who was the king of slapstick but was also brilliant at the more serious stuff.

Re: First day of school
Our teacher used to send us out if we misbehaved. The record set was being sent out less than two minutes after the lesson started.

Since taking Drama seriously I have lost stage fright (Very handy in presentations ) and have gained more confidence in myself. Two minutes you say? We've had better

Re: First day of school
I still think the best one was an Art lesson. Our teacher...not the best, one might say. After spending an hour talking about how plant pots look different if you draw them incorrectly (no joke), we had do some painting. There was one boy who had to carry some bucket thing full of water and paint across the room. Haflway there, he tripped (or so he said) and went face first into a still drying Sixth Former's A-level coursework piece. Naturally, the water wnet everywhere as well.
Let's just say no-one painted anything for the last 40 minutes of the lesson.

Re: First day of school
1 teacher ruined art for me, i was going to do as 1 of my A-levels, as i'd got an A* in the GCSE exam, but the thought of spending another year in that teacher's presence just killed it for me.

We had a similar teacher, who instead of spent an hour talking, spent an hour shouting. He blew a trumpet in peoples ears, smacked a large wooden stick on the table, and shouted every 20 or so seconds. Thanks Mr Mauzer, you have convinced me to not take Art GCSE. It's pretty darn boring for me anyway.
