Creators of Spore - Group Idea

I know clubs are kind of over-done now, but I've had this idea for a while.

Everyone is SO fussed about getting onto the MPN, and make the same redundant crap. I've been wanting to do something that promotes unique designs, imagination and creativity.

I'd also want a group that, rather than being casual about ratings, is actually against it. The group might be somewhat limited/exclusive - for example, people who make nothing but Dragons or Pokémon or w/e needs to prove they can be different.

It'll have daily/weekly features. Regular contests and simple challenges. Promote freedom creations, videos and artwork. Just something to really focus on the Art of Spore, and not the popularity. Anyone who is begging for ratings will get a chance at being kicked out.

I suppose we may having rankings. I can *try* and do some personalized signatures/badges.


This would, unfortunately, be centered on the Sporum, though I can make another thread/section here. I'ono, would this be a good idea? Something overall casual and artistic?

I'd join. No second thoughts, I'd be the first to ask.

Yeah, the anti-MPN idea is great, but isn't that what SporeHaven is for? I'll join anyway, a bit of fun won't harm anyone.

SporeHaven is for people to get away from the sporepedia as a whole, and maybe be the gallery for this group. The group itself is to just promote people not to be so damn childish with the sporepedia and stop flooding it.

In all seriousness, like you said so yourself, clubs and groups are getting a bit over-used and not that special anymore.
But the idea you have there is very good and I honestly think, with the right people, it could work fine.

Well... before things kick off, is the name alright, and would anyone like to do a banner? A lot of my previous clans have been quite amateur. I'd like a bit more of a professional, well thought out one
