Extra Spore Points?

This has always bugged me. The standard number for someone playing your adventure is 1 sporepoint, and then you get another if they rate it. You also get 15 if you play someone else's adventure, and 100 if yours is featured. So what's up with this unusually high number for someone playing a basic adventure?

I remember I used to get these high ones pretty often, especially for VotD adventures, I think. But I never understood why some were higher than others. I used to think it was moderators/admins playing adventures, but that's really doubtful. Anyone got any ideas?

maybe maxiscactus or maxiskate played your adventure...or maybe other mods Wink

Maybe it depends on how many sporepoints the players have? Or the level of their captains? I dunno, it's a weird system. scratch

Indeed. Almost every single player that plays and rates my adventures gives me 1 point each. Then there's the odd 80-100 points. I considered maybe it was a Maxis person - that would make sense on how adventures are featured, despite the poor choice in mine - but I don't like the odds of that happening. I know I have one Maxis person subscribed to me, but I'd be pretty damn amazed if someone like Cactus or Kate played my adventures.
