Creator Mishaps

Okay. We have all had our share of creator mistakes. For example, I had installed the foot rotation mod, and unfortunately, it does not work on spore 1.5 and GA. The effect of the mod now, makes it so that you cannot add any new feet to the creation. Very annoying, and game debilitating. So, if you've made any silly mistakes, or you've had any funny mishaps, or glitches, post them here!

During testing, I often see creatures walking like they are doing some naughty. This is usually because the mouth is just not quite placed right.

Hehe. I've done that too, Vektrix, many times.

I've also experimented with my game quite a number of times. They always end the same way - I need to reinstall Spore.

I think most of the mishaps tend to be inherent within the game, like limbs going through the body when walking, or placing a part randomly when you want to add it before tweaking it's position.

Yeah, I did. I killed it off. But I kept the eyes on everything one. That one is awesome. I need to put the cell parts extended one back in.

When I first installed Spore, I designed my second creature.
It was bipedal, had arms and hands, but it walked on its kneecaps for some reason.

My computer is too slow to have mistakes, as one usually crashes it for good. Like now. I think I'm gonna go shout on the balcony.

i named one of my first creatures "Plumber" xD

i had a virus on my computer and had to install spore new, now i haven't the mech-parts anymore Sad

and i don't get some sporecasts i subscribed very long time ago?!

Spore normally only crashes on me, when I've been working on something for hours and haven't saved it. Its the main reason I don't make missions any more. It happened to me twice half way through making missions. i nearly put my fist through the screen the second time

I remember once I was makinga CYOP part, and it had taken my half an hour of careful assembling and aligning... as I put in the last touch, Spore "experienced an error".

Frustrating.

But otherwise, I'm okay.

The new one that I hate is when I'm playing a GA and random giant fractals appear. It totally blocks your vision, and you have to use the mini-map to get around. I uninstalled my mods, and it stopped.

I love the building rotation mod and do not want to get rid of it.

I hate when the screen in any creator just wents black. Or there are some funny graphic gltiches, creatures attach to floor and so on. Saving ususally helps. I think it's my graphic card. confused
