Re: Movie Discussion - What movies did you just see?
Downloaded Cloverfield, because I haven't seen it yet. From what I've heard its kind of mixed, some loved it, others thought it sucked.

Pretty nice movie. Better than most of its kind, so yeah, it's very nice.

Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace
I alway feel that Darth Maul is wasted as a bad guy in that film, he's got a lot more style than almost all the bad guys in the prequel trilogy.

Black Swan. That is one messed up movie. But it was good. There were a few sexual parts in it too

Bee Movie: OK, seems to be missing something though.
Re: Movie Discussion - What movies did you just see?
Saw The Town and The American recently.
The Town was pretty good. A fairly enjoyable drama, makes you really care about the anti-heroes. The ending was kind of a let down, but luckily the rest of the movie carries really well. The actors were excellent too.
The American was less good. Clooney puts on a pretty good performance but the movie seems to drag on too much, and have sideplots that don't matter. The ending was dissapointing and anticlimactic and just bad.

Watched Cloverfield two nights ago. Pretty good, though occasionally I found Hud kind of annoying. But all around cool

Watched Prof. Layton and The Eternal Diva. All I can say is that you have to be a fan of the game to really like it! Of course non fans can enjoy it too.

For the first time I've decided to watch all of the Lord of the Rings Movies. I have never watched more than half of the first movie. The first time I saw it, years and years ago, I got bored. going to take me a long while to watch it all me thinks

Lord of the Rings is, in my opinion, one of the best (if not the best) movie series ever made.
If you´re into that type of movie, you will definitely enjoy it.

Lord of The Rings ftw.
I hear they're making a new movie of 'The Hobbit', in the style of the other ones, not like the crummy cartoon.
I, personally, can't wait.

Re: Movie Discussion - What movies did you just see?
The Two Towers is probably the best.
I wanted to rewatch them, but I need to rent them off Netflix, and they take too long to get here. >:[

I love the part when the Ents storm Isengard.
Re: Movie Discussion - What movies did you just see?
I just watched "The Black Swan" a few days ago.
It was creepy, although my friends said that's it's not that bad if you're a horror movie fanatic. If you watch the movie with all the lights in the room on, it's probably gonna have less effect, sort of like any other horror movie. Also, there are no real intense parts. If you can handle looking at blood and dead bodies, you'll find the movie creepy, but not scary.
7/10

Re: Movie Discussion - What movies did you just see?
I agree that the Lord of the Rings series is really good. Not sure about the best though.
Ya Ghost, I watched The Black Swan in the theatre and I didn't think it was scary at all, just a bit creepy.
We were playing Disney's Scene it game a bit ago, and that made me want to watch a ton of Disney movies like Sword in the Stone, The Rescuers, and some I never even heard of like Valiant. So I'll be watching those for awhile heh.

Saw the latest Narnia movie.
It´s actually quite decent. Better than I thought.
If you´re into this type, you will very likely be glad with it.

Saw The Fighter on Tuesday. It was what I was expecting it to be, so it was ok. I wouldn't watch it again. Christian Bale is one of my favorite actors though, and I thought he did an amazing job in this movie.

Re: Movie Discussion - What movies did you just see?
Watched The Young Victoria yesterday.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0962736/
Simplified, almost naive insight of the life of a Queen of a demanding nation - seems to lack focus a bit. Slightly interesting.
I also saw another one about england, Into The storm (not really a movie btw, TV production but movie-length)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0992993/
Decent one - again, a distant view of the actions and more insight on the self of the ruler (in this case, Churchill) - good to very good watch.
