Yeah, cute in an unexpected way.

I liked the look of Thor, but was a little dubious that itd be a similar thing to 300 in style/feel. Makes me want to see it a little more now, based on your reaction.

It´s really not like 300. Perhaps a historical fight shown at the start can resemble it. Maybe even some action scenes can trigger 300 in your memory.

But it still is quite different. It has a very nice story, has some funny moments and it is mainly entertaining throughout the entire time. I also thought the 3D effects were well made and pleasant to look at.

That is my opinion only. But if you´re into epic fictional stories, with gods and monsters, funny parts and cool fight scenes, I advise you to watch it.

Watched Brighton Rock (2010) yesterday. Great movie, but leaves a lot to be desired, particularly focuses on one aspect of the story so it doesn't feel very complete. Brilliant acting though, and brilliant directing. Also drags on a bit on the end. 2.5/5

Watched Remember the Titans. Been a long time since I last saw it. I knew I had seen Donald Faison (the guy who plays Turk) somewhere before scrubs, but couldn't figure out where til I watched Remember the Titans again.

Still a very good movie.

Well, toothless is adorable. I really liked all of the dragon designs though, I'm a sucker for graphics and design in movies, so I was really pleased when I saw they hadnt gone for the usual four legs, two wings, lng neck and breaths fire style critters.

I used to really dislike animation. I don't enjoy some of the story lines, but I do appreciate the work that goes into them now. I find the concept stuff more interesting than the final product though

Watched 12 monkeys last night. Odd film that I'd never seen before. Was a little confused at first, slightly dubious. Turned out to be an interesting film, with interesting themes.

What I got from it was that it was a reflection on reality, self identity and mental health, or more so the perception of (Rather than monkeys).

That was a football movie, wasn't it?
We watched that one in school last year, but I'd seen it before.

I saw Rio, the newest Blue Sky animated movie. It's quite a lot of fun, with some great musical numbers in-between, although, I prefer more classical songs than rap/hip-hop and R'n'B they mixed in because of will.i.am and a few other performers who contributed to the soundtrack. It's still a great adventure with some funny characters and enough laugh-out-loud scenes for your enjoyment.

3:10 to Yuma currently on TV.

I´ve seen it once and I like it, although I find quite silly that they escort the bad guy with his hands handcuffed in front and not behind his back, even after he kills a couple of people that way.

That was a very, very nice movie, one of the best of its year.

I've had 3:10 to Yuma downloaded since it came out on dvd and still haven't watched it.

If I feel better tonight, we are going to go see Thor. It should be a gooder.

It is. Thor is very cool.

Random tangent but, I was originally going to name Butters "Thor" to signify his dominance amongst other dogs.

It wasn't a bad movie, but like I said earlier it could be so, so much better. If only it spent less time on Lidsey Lohan (or rather, none).

I saw Thor a little while ago. It was pretty good, although I couldn't tell you how true it stayed to the comic-books, as I had never much been into the Thor comics.

It was pretty good, the first fight scene with all the Frost Giants was the best part imo.

anyone saw scream 4 yet? god i was with two girls in cinema yesterday...both were scared to hell but i only laughed my a** off

in my eyes the new scream is damn funny, the beginning of the movie was awesome! couldn't stop laughing

I haven't seen the new scream. wasn't aware there was a new one out. In fact, I'm not sure I've seen any of the scream movies (Might have seen the first but I can't remember).

I watched Hero earlier. Felt like watching a good martial arts movie. Pretty much all of Jet Li's movies are awesome and Hero is no different.

I saw The Big Lebowski a couple of hours ago.

One of the best movies I've seen. Quite funny, entertaining and mind-tripping at times.

I have yet to watch the Big Leboski despite the fact I've heard from numerous people that its one of the funniest movies they'd seen. Must get around to watching it one of these days.

For nostalgia/need to watch a stupid movie's sake, I think I'm going to watch the old Super Marios Bros movie tomorrow. The one where Yoshi looks like a Velociraptor. I remember watching it when I was little, but I can only remember that I liked it quite alot, so going to see what the hullabaloo was for me back then.

I'm currently watching "Bicentennial man" - It's a great movie so far! maby the effects are not - umm - as fancy as now a days, but the plot oh its amasing! A robot wanting to become human - sounds like DATA from startrek lol.
