The Best Doctor?
Doctor Who
This should be pretty self-explanitory!
Talk about Doctor Who!
Who here thinks that Matt Smith is doing well as the Doctor so far?

Lol, quite self explanatory indeed.
I think he is doing a wonderful job so far. Looking forward to another good several seasons featuring him.

Yeah, i think he's doing really well.
I also like the new change in Editor, from Russel T Davis to Steven Moffat. Those weeping angels are seriously creepy!

Re: Doctor Who
I haven't seen Flesh and Stone yet (I think you European guys are a couple episodes ahead of me), so if that has the best of the Angels I wouldn't know until tomorrow evening. The Time of Angels was quite good however. Lol they ended it on such a cliffhanger....

Re: Doctor Who
Should i do a poll for the best Doctor, out of Christopher Eccelston, David Tennant and Matt Smith?
Or should i add some of the older doctors too?
@Dino: you're about 2 episodes behind, cos tonights episode is episode 7 (i think)

Re: Doctor Who
I'd say put all eleven Doctors in the poll, to be fair. Although I can't say I have seen a whole bunch of episodes featuring Doctors 1-8. Most of the ones I have seen though featured the Fourth Doctor. Its cool to see how much the series has changed yet at the same time how much it has remained the same.bmpalmann wrote:Should i do a poll for the best Doctor, out of Christopher Eccelston, David Tennant and Matt Smith?

And yeah, I am pretty sure I am two episodes behind, because according to the website the next episode is Amy's Choice, which means I'm missing Flesh and Stone and the Vampires of Venice (the former airing tomorrow).

Re: Doctor Who
You can only have 10 choices for the poll so i've left Matt Smith out becuase he hasn't had a whole series yet as the Doctor

Re: Doctor Who
If Vek allowed 11 options i'd be able to add Matt Smith

Re: Doctor Who
Click on the edit button for the OP, all the options are on the ensuing page. The poll as near the bottom.
Re: Doctor Who
I'm a little confused as to where this OP is and what an OP is anyway.

Abbreviation for something along the lines of "original post", although I have never heard it used outside here and the Sporum.bmpalmann wrote:I'm a little confused as to where this OP is and what an OP is anyway.

Re: Doctor Who
What Vektrix means is that you have to click the 'Edit' button on your Original Post (OP can also mean Original Poster, meaning the person who posted the thread in the first place), then scroll down below the text box (the one you write in to create a post), past the Preview and Send buttons and search for the Poll Options. It should be editable there.bmpalmann wrote:I'm a little confused as to where this OP is and what an OP is anyway.

I think Matt Smith is really good as the followup of David Tennant. I couldn't imagine anyone to be quite as good anymore after Tennant, but he's doing quite well indeed. I also thought the episodes have gotten better since the first one. That first episode was filmed as if it was meant for a younger audience, and got me a bit worried Doctor Who had become a bit too kiddy. I also thought it wasn't nice that Smith imitated Tennant's way of speaking, but I realised it must be the scriptwriters that get to decide what the Doctor sais, not the actor. This new Doctor is turning out to be pretty cool, in the end. I did like the theme song and intro of the Tennant series more than this one, but it isn't that bad.

Re: Doctor Who
I've only seen a few episodes of Dr. Who..... by far the most trippy, something you would watch when your high tv show.. Not saying thats a bad thing... But still know one here can say they are a bigger fan of Dr Who that one of my friend's dad called David. He has somewhere close to $60000 in Dr Who memoribilia...... Yeah.. He even has a website dedicated to Dr Who and showing off his collection. I've seen his collection for myself... You've never seen so many Daleks in your life
Re: Doctor Who
