As you feel yourself getting stronger by the week, and see yourself getting bigger (in the good way) every month, it feels amazing.
Nice to know. What exercises do you recommend?
Depends on what you ultimately want to achieve.
@ Rem:
Hive five to you to. I love that club.

You're probably scared that the guys at the gym will pick on you. They won't In fact they'll be happy you're making the effort to get stronger, and respect you more. And eventually you will get stronger, so it benefits you. If not, you can always do exercises at home Push-ups, dumb-bells etc.

@rebecca you might just have a high metabolism
@Trick, lol, growing fat?
Fat?! More like skinny. And I want that to change
In your pictures you don't look ... edited: oh
Well here's what I do
Every second day
100 reps with bar bells, broken up in 25 reps cycles
50 pushups
50 crunchs
Squats occasionayly, but I don't really need to work on my legs
shoulder exercises using tension cords
about 200 times with squeeze grips
and boxing when I can
Try taking up boxing as a casual sport, it burns fat, increases your stamina and helps build muscle
I also try to go to a proper gym when I can
Also eat foods that are high in protein when exercising. Fish being a good source. Spartan only ate fish and looks how tough they were

Re: What are you eating?
The hardest bit is definitely the start. After a couple of months it gets easier.
@ Rem:
So what do you weight then?

Re: What are you eating?
Oh. I overdid the bar bells then :/
So every two days I do that routine? That seems quite reasonable. And all my strength is in my legs. Which is why I want to build on arm strength. I can smack a football harder than most of my friends, but when it comes to arm muscle...meh.

Are you asking how much I weigh or what weight i lift?
Re: What are you eating?
Be careful not to overtrain - never do the same muscle group for two days in a row. Always give each at least one, preferrably two days recovery before exercising them again.
@ Rem: Your weight. I typed that somewhat fast.

Re: What are you eating?
I was wondering how many reps I should do over the course of a day. 200 reps (spread out into 4 parts throughout the day) was...overdoing it...to say the least.
And I'm 48kg...which scares me

Actually i'm fairly lazy nowadays, i used to play football and basketball every other day. Now that's stopped. I'd rather like to stop looking like a lamppost
