I will listen ti anything except rap or pop. I like classical and soundtrack music, and like like rock and jazz, but my preference is metal. I'm not ashamed to say I'm a head banger. Some of my favourite bands: Draconian, Gojira, Chimaira, Lamb of God, Deathstars, Deadstar Assembly, Demon Hunter, Disturbed, I killed the Prom Queen, Kamelot, Tool, Killswitch Engage, Escape the Fate, Manowar, Moonspell. Those are just the ones I can think off of the top of my head, but Yeah..... oh and Luciano Pavarotti, Amazing opera voice, may his soul rest in peace

Well... The amount of mainstream Metal everyone seems to listen to is ridiculous... I got over Disturbed when i turned like 13. Got over Metallica at 14. Got over most thrash bands at 15. Turned to Deathmetal. Got over that real fast. Got into Metalcore (still listen to it). Listened to Deathcore (The only reason why Bring Me The Horizon blows is because of Suicide Season, they should of stayed the same like Pray for Plagues) and still basically do alot. Recently ive gotten more into Hardcore as well as bulk Indie bands...

As in i didnt find it enjoyable to listen to anymore? There will be the rare occasion where i put something that i havent listened to in ages on and get into it again but thats about it.

Yeah I don't actually listen to disturbed all that much anymore, but I do still like them and I still ike metallica, don't know why. I like alot of older metal like Manowar and Demons & Wizards (not the coolest name I know). Tool is still a major favourite of mine. Buckethead, august burns red, parkway drive, I killed the Prom Queen, from the shallows, the red shore and kingdom of sorrow.

Satyricon's and Behemoth's older stuff is amazing

Some polish Black/Death metal bands are pretty good, like Vader, Decapitated and Behemoth.

like the old Satyrcon also, it's something charming about Black Metal bands with poor sound quality
