There will always be someone that downrates if they continue to get attention for it. There's so much drama, threads and creations about it, that the downrates just thrive off of it. So I think it will always continue, unless it's completely ignored by everyone. I don't see that happening at all. It won't completely go away. There will still be the people that will downrate just so their creation moves higher up the MPN, and ones that downrate just cause they don't like a certain creator. It's sad.

It annoys me more people making attention-creations to their pointless problems nobody cares about, than the downraters themselves.

People got to remember Spore is a game. A place to have fun, to be entertained and spend a nice time.
There are many features that could changed to avoid mass-downrating, but this also starts in the victims themselves.

They have to be strong enough to not let themselves be affected by a bunch of nobodies that keep pressing a thumbs down. :/

This caught my attention. So many users have forgotten that. They act like spore is real life. Like the downratings will kill them. I have once or twice....but no longer.
