After 4 fun days in Bristol and Bath, I'm back

Bristol is a lovely City, I have been several times to visit family (I no longer have family there since my sister moved to Birmingham). I have never been to Bath.

Glad it was fun though.

I finally replaced the physical copies of some my remaining PC games with digital copies on Steam. You gotta love those low prices and the sales.

Yeah, Steam is great. Most of my games are off Steam nowadays.

Speaking of steam, I have the game Amnesia and yet I have still yet to move past the starting part. Got freaked out the first time, stopped playing it, was going to go back, but forgot about it. Must remember to continue soon.

The street outside our house is very long and straight, so late at night Hoons love to speed up and down it. Every so often the police do a late night speed busting thing, and they do it directly out the front of our house.

Don't get me wrong, I like the fact the hoons get what they deserve, but its annoying to hear loud sirens every 10 minutes.

I haven't even gotten past the flooded basement in Amnesia...

I had a busy, busy afternoon. A quick check up at the doctors, swung by the bank, got some groceries, went to the car wash and hoovered the car when I got back home.

Now, I'm lounging on the balcony enjoying the warm weather.

Last day of University tomorrow (having an English test) before Easter holidays. Looking forward to them.

Today I caught up with an old friend. We went to a sort of sportmen club place. and played pool. I sometimes have my days where I am awesome at pool or terrible at pool. Lucky for me, today I was on fire. Won all three games.

Then we played Air hockey. And once again, utter domination. Final score 7 points to me, 1 point to him.

We then played arcade basketball hoop shooting (where the hoop moves back and forth and you get tickets for prizes). And I won again 29 point to him, 41 to me.

In total we managed to get 100 tickets from that. Then with our last remaining token we played pinball (me controlling the left bumper, him controlling the right). Mario pinball to be specific. And we got another 28 tickets from that.

So we thought, why not, we took our tickets and got some prizes. We both got a min deck of playing cards each and he got a little plane thingy.

I'm happy with my mini playing cards as now I can finally fulfill my dream of playing Texas hold em' with hamsters.

Then after that we played some Aqua golf.

All good fun.

Some of my friends went to Fiji. I couldn't go because of 'disposable funds management'. So I'm here at my keyboard now.

I might go and buy a Wii instead

Aww, WP, that sucks. I had to stay behind when my mates went to Thailand... because of the same thing really. Go buy somthing to cheer yourself up

UGH, 28 degrees. I like the summer, but this is just taking the biscuit.

It's 28 degrees here too, Fahrenheit that is.

Today my class went to a museum that was nearby and it's known for its mammoth and mastodon fossils. Unfortunately only my teacher and I were excited about all of the fossils. At one point of the tour I said "No way! It's a titanothere!" and everyone else was "Yup, old bones...". But in all, it was a very joyful field trip.

Today, I forgot my headphones at home. Since I can't go a day without listening to some music on the bus, I noticed I had my portable speaker phones in my backpack.

I could kill my boss somtimes.

Today he went somewhere and a note was left telling me at 2pm there would be someone to colelct a voucher for a competition in the local paper. Fair enough.

The winner arrived and said he was waiting for the photographer to arrive. Say what!? I text my boss asking what it was about and his response, was you will have to do it.

So, now I am going to be in the local paper, handing a tiny, printed off voucher to some random guy who is millions of miles taller than me, while I pull a fake smile, for the whole of my town to see -_-

Well thats unfortunate Red I wouldn't like to be in the paper for any reason. I'd just find it weird knowing a bunch of people would be looking at me. Plus I cannot fake a smile to save my life.

Pretty lame of your boss to blind side you with that though.

Well today I got a haircut. My hair was very very long. Feel like I have had a huge weight lifted off my head.

was pretty lame.

That new hair cut is a great feeling. having my hair too long really gets on my nerves.

My mom saw an emu in our yard today while I was at school.

and I missed it

I just found out Elisabeth Sladen (from Doctor Who fame) had died at age 63 from cancer. That makes me so sad.

Yeah, I heard that the other night. It made me sad too. She'd just finished a spin off series for CBBC. She seemed a really nice person, its horrible how things can take a turn for the worse so suddenly.
