I'm gonna be playing with the controls for now. Fortunately I wont have to keep restarting the server.

User Groups:

Admins control the server. They can spawn anything, create warp points, and even play with other people's inventory.
Mods can spawn anything and teleport users, but are still bound by certain rules. They are second in command, and enforce the server's rules.
VIP are able to spawn nearly anything, edit the world, and teleport where ever they wish. They have almost all freedom.
Default are users without any special permissions or boundaries. However, they can not edit the world.
Banned users are still able to walk among others, but can not use any commands or edit the world.

Changed Commands:

/give is now /item . . . /item 1 64 or /item USER 1 64
/tp YOU USER is now /tp USER
More to be posted as more are revealed...

New Features:

Coloured names!
/home and /spawn are finally back! You can also set your own home spot by entering /sethome
Travel in no time across the world by warping to different places. Type in /listwarps to see the places available.
Message of the Day!
Use the /compass or /getpos (get position) to determine where you are, or check the /playerlist to see who you're connected with.
/clearinventory to quickly destroy your possessions.
And soon more!

To warp, to /warp NAME . . . if you want to find out where you can warp to, do /listwarps . . . I may write out a list on the OP here.

Incinerators are perfectly fine.

For banned items, you'll need to ask a moderator to spawn them for you. However, Bedrock(7) is still completely off-limits, while Fire Spawners(51,259) need a good reason to be requested for.

I suggest allowing water buckets for the time being, since not much harm can be done with them, as well as the fact that water is a rather common resource.

Chicken eggs shouldn't be able to spawn chickens with all mobs set to off, so, unless you've tested it, I don't see any problems with it.

When WorldGuard is enabled, I think it would be ok to be more lenient with lava and fire, since it can prevent it from spreading. For now, ask a mod though. WorldGuard is also able to log whenever someone places a certain block and a lot of other actions.

And if worldedit is installed then I suggest freeing up the limits on obsidian.

When installing any of the plugins, you'll have to add them to the plugins folder, define them in server.properties, reload hmod and maybe enable them from ingame.

Like, to warp myselfs to hometown, I'd type /warp sjhorm hometown?

You don't really need to type your own name in for anything anymore. /item or /warp automatically does it to YOU, unless you specify another name.

Yah, the latest version of Minecraft isn't compatible with the server.

HOWEVER.

If you previously backed up your files, you might be able to get it working again, like I did.

I'm currently making a .zip for two of my friends who wanted to see our server. If it works for them, I'll link it here, too. But I warn you. It's modded.
