Well I finally got back into the server today. House looked a bit worse for wear, but thanks for trying to repair it people.

I finished off both the bottom floor and the top floor so yay for having a completed house.

Was a bit scary for a second though. I just finished the house, when I heard creepers near by, so I quickly went down stair to find 4 of them in my house. Unfortunately I got to close and... boom.

I thought they would have destroyed my house for sure, but I'm guessing Remy put something on preventing creepers from blowing up buildings.

Yes Meesta Remington, he did put in counter-creeper measures.

In fact, I don't think they hurt you either. I dunno though.

None of the mobs on mob weekend can actually cause physical damage. Except Ghasts, but you're not allowed to spawn them anywhere other than the artificial Betahole arena.

No creepers don't do any damage to you as a person either. Which is kind of good because if you're build something they don't send you flying.

The Ghasts are fun but it's annoying that they cause damage. However I've done some reading up and I think I can add a flag (like what Remy has done for the creepers) to stop that. Obviously I'll clear it with Remy first, don't want to mess it all up.

Then we can have fun with scaring people at spawn with a Ghastly greeting

Monster weekend was fun. I have a few screenshots of different monsters and the carnage they unleashed. It was fun dueling with monsters too, me and psy spent a fair while spawning things onto each others magic carpets.

It will be nice to get back to normal building though, everywhere I went there was an explosion or fire or a giant XD

RemyPas' server went and died on us... Nobody can connect.

Is it back yet?

It probably just crashed, we have had a huge amount of things happening the last day or two (loads of new members, the 'grass' incident, mobweekend) so it may be a little overloaded. Im sure once Remy realises it will be back up

It's Vampire Weekend

Oh my...

It was a sudden event! Remy had been planning it but the first anyone knew was Remy's server message telling us to check out the site and then another that said, 'The infection begins sometime tonight.'

Haha it was funny watching people's reactions to that. 'What does it mean!?' 'Oh no, what infection!?' Lol.

There needs to be more slayers though, ones that will actually go after vampires rather than hiding in a corner XD LoD did a good job of killing me though and as he said 'It's like an epic game of tag.'

So yeah, alot of fun this weekend

I didn't know the people were the vampires...someone's like "can I tp to you? so I untoggle and they appear, "I need blood"
and then I proceed to murder them with my axe

That was Elgogo. El asked everyone if he needed blood, it was quite easy to set up traps for him haha.

There was a bit of confusion over what the vampires were, alot of people were saying things like, 'where do they spawn?' which made for some funny happenings on the first night.

Well, vampire weekend is over now, so back to normal building and stuff. Also don't forget to pop onto the MC forums to cast your votes for the Admin vote, it's very close so we need some more voting to happen!

Then he said something about killing her for the swarm and stabbed me a bunch.

I'm not sure who's side Psy was on during the whole thing, hehe. At one point he was going round stabbing humans the next he was breaking down my door with Remy and stabbing me. Was funny when you expected it, not so fun when you didn't

And Xen, he got so annoyed with it all he decided to just kill everyone that came within range. Made for some quite epic Magic Carpet battles!

And yes, those doors are difficult... I think they need a delay on them or somthing. I usually just get fed up and do the /thru thing.

2 crashes and some downtime, but I figured out who was the one responsible.
Sparta395 did a tppos twice to the coordinates 9999999, 99999999, 9999999.
So banned and took away the option for everyone to tp to coordinates.
Anyone know sparta? I don't know if it was on purpose. But since he caused 2 crashes I banned him just to be sure.
If one of the MODMINS know him, you may unban him if he's ok. He can't do it again!

Hey Remy, what's the next weekend event gonna be? Just curious

Psst... Remy is away for two weeks, so it'll be a while before he answers

However, I know Psy mailed him about having some sort of PvP factions based event. I don't know if that's Remy's thing but that might be what's next.

If you have any ideas for an event post them here or on any of the other forums where he will see. I'm sure they can be used in some way
